 The Cannon United Methodist Church
Missions Team believes that our church can serve Christ by helping
people in need. Through encouraging and assisting others to know and
experience Christ's unconditional love for us, we put in practice
that which God has ordained: to love God above all, and to love our
neighbors as ourselves. By reaching and touching people's lives in
caring ways, the church fulfills its ultimate purpose of bringing
God's message of love, hope, and forgiveness to as many people as
possible. To that end, the Missions Team is committed to serving
God's people through personal involvement and/or financial support
of local community outreach programs, as well as national and
international missions ministries.
