This is the online version of the Blue Card registration for all Children's Activities for the 2012-13 School Year. One form per child is required; any child participating in ministries at Cannon Church must have a completed Blue Card on file.

For children in rising 1st through 6th grades
Each day will include lots of music and Bible-learning, plus games and fun! Bring a sack lunch.

An annual, seasonal program for both Middle School students in a fourteen week Sunday evening class. Students are challenged to examine the basics of their faith at both an age-appropriate and personal level. They are given an opportunity to make a lifelong commitment to Christ. We also offer parent class and small group components Sunday mornings
