Children’s Ministry Security Check in System

Our Cannon Kids program uses a security check in system. We have this system in place to keep you and your children safe.

Upon arrival, come to the Children’s Ministry Entrance to the left of the building. A Cannon Kids Team member will be present and happy to assist you and your family. They will ask for a paper copy of your family’s information. Once your child’s name and grade is entered into the computer, a name tag will print off with your child’s information.

You and your child will be given matching security tags that are unique to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the nametag portion of your matching security tags, which bears a code that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of service. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

If your child needs you during the service, we will contact you by displaying the last three digits of your unique code from your security tag in our adult worship environments. If you are in Sunday School, someone will come locate you.

Drop off and pick up times:

Children’s services are offered at 9:30 and 11:00am. Please note that children may be dropped off 15 minutes before service and picked up no later than 10 minutes after service has completed.

For the Safety of your child and our team members we ask:
That there be no outside food in the classrooms, as food allergies are a continuous concern; we are a NUT Free Zone.

Please note:

We take the safety and security of your children very seriously. All of our team members and staff are background checked and have gone through our Safe Sanctuaries certification. All staff members are CPR certified.
