It is our privilege to allow our facilities to be utilized by those in our amazing community to the best of our ability. We have been working hard on a formal document of policies and procedures to allow us to continue to be a convenient, helpful, safe place for use. These policies and procedures will aid in managing the administrative and custodial efforts of staff. Please review all documents below, sign and return the forms for review by the Board of Trustees for approval.
Once you are an approved Group, you may then submit your request for use of Cannon Church facilities.
Due to updates to these policies, all Community Organizations must complete a Community Organization Facility Use Agreement Annually.
Due to COVID-19 and new policies to adhere to safe protocols as well as Cannon’s current situation, additional forms have been added for Organization Leaders and Members of the organization. These forms need to be completed and turned in with your application.
