As you consider joining us for worship, we want to help. Welcoming newcomers is some of our most important work. Our God is a God of hospitality. Being new and in an unfamiliar setting in a worship community can be a bit daunting, so we thought a bit of information about us might be helpful.

Worshiping God is our highest priority at Cannon. When you worship at Cannon, we hope you experience the grace of God and the hospitality of our congregation. Currently we offer an In-Person & Online Streaming worship service on Sunday at 11am, as well as Sunday School classes at 9:30am. You can find information here on Sunday School Classes that are meeting. These services are available to view on the Cannon Church YouTube channel at your convenience. You can also find the service on the Cannon Facebook page.

Worship services are in-Person in the Sanctuary. The service will continue to be live-streamed for those at home, as well as archived online for those who wish to view it at a later time. Sunday School is at 9:30am. Worship is at 11am. All entrances will be open for Sunday morning worship.

Offering plates are passed and Offering boxes are available for you to place your tithes and gifts to the church. A Big Thank You to Ned Lenhart who built and donated these Offering Boxes. You can also give online here.

To keep connected with your Cannon family, watch the Cannon Facebook page, website, and emails. Interact as you can – let us know what you are doing. “Share” and “Check-In” on social media are great ways to invite those in the community to join us. You can also share posts to keep others informed and interactive. Be in prayer during this time. Continue to stay connected with each other and with us. If you have any pastoral care needs, please call the Church Office and go to ext. 6420. The Church Main entrance is open Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm. You can also continue to contact staff through email and voicemail (there is an extension list at the back of the online bulletin). *Please note we offer Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month for January – November. December’s Communion will be at the Christmas Eve services.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” (Matthew 19:14). We love children at Cannon and want to help them love and worship God. Children are welcome to worship with you in the Sanctuary or they can attend the Children’s Lesson with Ms. Sasha downstairs.

All of our worship services are family friendly and we welcome students to join us. In addition to our normal time of worship, our students also meet for small groups each Sunday and for Youth Hangout for Wednesdays@Cannon. Come as you are. People dress both formally and casually at Cannon. You would feel comfortable dressed in dresses, suits, ties, graphic t-shirts or jeans. You will not feel out of place either way. We are simply glad you are here!

The music ministry of Cannon serves to lead and enhance worship. With a variety of ensembles and opportunities for musicians of all levels, all are welcome to join in making a joyful noise for the glory of God.
