Tuition is paid in monthly installments:

  • Tuition is due on the first of the month and subject to a late fee of $15.00 if received after the 10th
  • A $10 convenience fee applies to all credit card payments

Checks are to be made payable to “Cannon Summer Camp”

  • There will be a $25 fee for returned checks

It is expected that parents will honor the terms of enrollment unless a relocation or unforeseen circumstances make it necessary to dissolve the contract. If removal of the students from Cannon Summer Camp becomes necessary, one month’s written notice and tuition for the month is required.

Dismissal: After 6:30pm, there will be a $5.00 charge for every minute you are late. There are no exceptions on this policy. A late fee will be billed to your account.

Cannon Summer Camp will be open 4-days/week. Tuition is billed a flat rate for the week. Rates determined by the number of days in the week.

MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNT  (Summer Day Camp offers a $5.00 per week per child tuition discount for children from the same family.)
REFERAL DISCOUNT (Summer Day Camp will offer a $5.00 per week discount to an enrolled family who recommends a NEW family to our program and they register for camp – limit to 3 referrals. Discount applied to one child per household). The family who is referred and registers must be a new family to our program, not a returning family.

NOTICE: We must have a minimum of 10 kids per class per week to open camp this year. The deadline to make the call for camp will be Friday, April 25th.
